Miss Oklahoma Forced to Answer Question On AZ Law!

In a moment reminiscent of Miss USA California’s question, Miss Oklahoma (Morgan Elizabeth Woolard) was asked a politically charged question at the Miss USA Pageant.  Oscar Nunez (from The Office) asked her to give her opinion concerning the new Arizona Illegal Immigration Laws and before he could finish his question the audience booooed him.  He was able to finish his question but to Miss Oklahoma’s enormous credit she answered, “I’m a huge believer in states rights and that’s so wonderful about America.  So, I think it’s perfectly fine that Arizona made that law….”  At that point the crowd ERUPTED in cheers and applause!   Another girl putting principle above costs- we’ll never know for sure if this costs her the crown and bumped her to runner-up.  Nevertheless, she can stand proud that she answered her conviction.

This makes you question if Miss Oklahoma lost the crown because of her answer.

Rima Fakih, who won the pageant, tripped on her dress and answered the question about if birth control should be covered by health insurance saying, yes because it is expensive and that she believes "that birth control is just like every other medication, even though it's a controlled substance."

Politics at play in the Miss USA pageant, again?
