Trump Gets Rousing Response At CPAC

It is political moments like this one that makes me smile.  I find it kind of interesting that Donald Trump is tossing around the idea of a presidential run. This week, he came out as pro-life- whereas before he was seen kind of squishy on the issue.

In an interview this past week with Laura Ingraham from Fox News, Trump characterized himself as “pro-life.” In his 2000 book The America We Deserve, Trump wrote,  “I support a woman’s right to choose but I am uncomfortable with the procedures.” But, in an apparant reversal, he told the audience at CPAC, “I am pro-life” and pledged to fight for the reversal of Obamacare, which contains abortion funding loopholes.

While I have yet to form decisions and opinions on his other political stances, I’m sure those will come out soon should he decided to run.  On Thursday at his surprise appearance at CPAC he simultaneously raised the delight and the ire of the crowd by saying, “By the way, Ron Paul cannot get elected.  I’m sorry to tell you….”

He goes on, “And you know what else?  I like Ron Paul,  I think he’s a good guy.  But honestly, he just has zero chance of getting elected!  He has to win an election.  And I can tell you this, if I run and if i win this country will be respected again.  This country will be respected again.  I can tell you that.”

Some are calling his the best speech of the day… You decide!

Americans need to get their priorities straight. America is BROKE. Without money there is no way to keep us from being taken over by a more powerful country. When that happens we will no longer be a sovereign nation. That means we will belong to another country and their laws will be subjected on us. Without sovereignty the constitution, right to life, gay marriage, the income tax debate, etc are nothing but gibberish…. they are moot points. We must become a productive money producing country again and it has to be done yesterday, not 20 years from now. We can't survive just by cutting the budget. If you have zero dollars coming into your home, what good does it do you to cut your food budget , your utility bills and stop getting cable. You still have no money to pay your bills. $0.00 subtracted or added to $0.00 = $0.00 nothing. You had better make your first priority a candidate who knows how to make money, who is determined to win in everything they do, and who can lift the American spirit with real patriotism and pride in America and what Americans can do. After one term Trump will have this country off it's knees and on it's feet. After two terms he will have America built up stronger and more powerful that we have ever been. Only a dynamic business leader can do that. There is no one in America more dynamic, than Donald Trump! Donald Trump for President 2012.

I would stump for Trump! He is a patriot…a successful business man…and has backbone. I believe he could get us out of debt as a nation and get America back to work with American jobs! Go Donald!

He needed a teleprompter! He was reading the speech like a high-schooler in debate class. Other than that, I like alot of what he has to say. And he certainly is pro-capitalism. He's just not presidential, and he could never win a national election. Nice to have him on our side, though…
